Delete your account
Ask us to delete your account and your data.
Talktruz does not have a self-serve delete button yet. Until it does, a person on the team handles every request by hand.
How to ask
Use the contact form, or email iwellcareai@gmail.com from the address on your account, and say you want your Talktruz account deleted.
- 01What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, phone number, email), every panel you built and the people on it, every voice note you sent or received, and every device signed in to your account.
- 02What we keep
- Support emails you sent us, kept for our own records. If someone else added your number to their panel, that entry is their data, not yours, so deleting your account does not remove it from their panel.
- 03How long it takes
- A person confirms the request is really from you, then completes it within 30 days.
